Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Generative AI, NLP, and document intelligence.
• Familiar with data pipelines, MLOps, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish mission, operating model, governance framework, and standards for responsible AI adoption.
• Deliver 2–3 high impact AI pilots within the first year.
• Translate engineering pain points into deployable AI solutions with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Build AI-ready data foundations with ownership, metadata, lineage, and access control.
• Lead prototyping, experimentation, and early deployment in enterprise environments.
• Shape the roadmap for AI-assisted design reviews and cross-disciplinary knowledge systems.
