Job summary

TESTQ Technologies Limited is seeking a professional with in-depth knowledge of domestic payment systems in Sweden. This role requires expertise in clearing and settlement processes, as well as experience with regulatory compliance.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance payment solutions while utilizing agile methodologies. Strong analytical skills are essential to improve transaction data and user experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including PSD2, AML/KYC.
• Hands-on experience with financial technology stacks used by banks or fintechs.
• Ability to analyze transaction data for enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead product backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers.
• Engage with Risk/Compliance teams and external partners.

Job description

Domestic Payment Systems

• Deep knowledge of domestic payment systems in Sweden.
• Clearing and settlement processes for Swedish Krona (SEK).

International Cross-Border Payment Systems

• SWIFT messaging standards (MT/MX formats).
• ISO 20022 protocols.
• Additional advantage: knowledge of European payment systems and clearings.

Agile Mindset & Practices

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience in leading product backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
• Ability to prioritize and manage product increments based on business value.

Functional Skills

• Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to payments, including PSD2, AML/KYC requirements and local Swedish financial regulations for SEK transactions.
• Knowledge of reconciliation processes between domestic and global clearing networks.

Technical Expertise

• Hands‑on experience with modern financial technology stacks and systems used by banks or fintechs.
• Knowledge of cloud‑based technologies supporting scalable payment solutions.
• Understanding of APIs for payment initiation and reporting services.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Proven ability to work with diverse teams including developers, testers, UX designers, etc.
• Collaborating with internal departments such as Risk/Compliance teams and external partners such as clearinghouses and banks.

Analytics & Reporting

• Experience analyzing transaction data trends for improving user experiences and minimizing costs.
