Mpya Digital is building a new business area around agentic AI. We seek an AI Engineer who ships production-grade agentic systems and collaborates with clients to demonstrate value.

You will own architecture through deployment, work with Claude integrations and MCP workflows, and ensure reliability and data quality. This is a hands-on role at the forefront of practical AI in a consulting setting.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on with an agent SDK and real production deployments.
• Strong grasp of orchestration, MCP, RAG, evaluation and reliability.
• Understanding of data quality and pipelines.
• Ability to spot where AI creates business value.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Read the business well enough to know where AI creates value.
• Design and build agentic AI systems that run in production.
• Own the work from architecture through deployment.
• Help clients understand what they're getting and why it matters.
