You’ll partner with senior staff to troubleshoot complex issues, support experiments, and develop SOPs/WIs to maintain safe and high‑quality operations. This role emphasizes data‑driven decisions and cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating and monitoring advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to support equipment setup, testing, troubleshooting, and improvements.
• Comfort with data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure production quality.
• Make process adjustments to maintain customer‑grade quality standards.
• Evaluate production parameters and implement changes to improve yield and efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine adjustments.
• Control and manage materials, tooling, and machine settings.
• Collaborate to identify and implement safety, quality and productivity improvements.
• Support engineers with experiments, process validation, and data collection.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work instructions; train new team members.
