Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree, or equivalent competence, in mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field with a focus on structural mechanics
• Relevant professional experience in structural analysis or CAE, including finite element analysis
• The ability to define analysis tasks, assess assumptions and model quality, interpret results, and provide actionable engineering recommendations
• The ability to communicate technical content clearly in reports, presentations, and engineering discussions
• Very good spoken and written English
• Swedish-language skills, or a willingness to develop them

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and evaluate structural analyses throughout the product-development process
• Support concept selection, design improvements, verification, and root-cause investigations
• Collaborate with physical testing and design functions to build confidence in results
• Contribute to improved methods, automation, guidelines, and CAE practices across the organisation
