Qualifications

• Around five years' experience in product development within premium or high-end fashion.
• Hands-on experience developing jersey and fleece garments.
• Strong technical understanding of garment construction and development processes.
• Solid experience in costing and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of jersey and fleece collections.
• Drive innovation in washes, prints, dyeing, and embellishments.
• Source and develop materials aligned with design and sustainability goals.
• Own fittings, ensuring quality, fit, and construction standards.
• Manage costing, margins, and support supplier negotiations.
• Allocate styles to the right suppliers based on capability and cost.
• Oversee timelines, sample flow, and supplier communication.
• Maintain accurate product data in PLM (BOMs, development details).
• Monitor budgets and support cost control throughout development.
• Build strong supplier partnerships, including on-site collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned, on-time delivery.

As Product Development Manager, based at our Stockholm office, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering our premium jersey and fleece collections. What You Will Do
