Job summary

1856 Family Office is seeking an experienced Accountant to combine qualified accounting with close client relationships and responsibility for complex corporate structures. You will manage your own client portfolio and contribute to the entrepreneurial team’s growth.

You will take end-to-end responsibility for bookkeeping, year-end closings, tax returns, budgets, and cash-flow planning, coordinating across the SEB network.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in economics with an accounting focus or similar.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably from an accounting firm and/or involving financial or holding companies.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in tax matters and complex corporate or ownership structures is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for ongoing bookkeeping, accounting and financial administration for your clients.
• Prepare year-end closings, annual reports and income tax returns in accordance with K2 and K3.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and cash-flow plans, and provide clients with clear financial insights.
• Prepare financial reports, agreements and other client documentation.
• Manage payroll administration and related reporting.
• Build trusted client relationships and coordinate client-related administrative matters across 1856 Family Office and SEB.
