Job summary

Juni Technology AB is seeking an accountant to join its growing Finance team. You will perform general accounting, assist in month-end closes, revenue entries, and balance sheet reviews within a dynamic product-focused company.

The role requires a finance or accounting degree, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Swedish. This hybrid position offers in-office collaboration in Sweden with scalable growth potential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General accounting and assistance in the preparation of management accounts.
• Month-end accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations.
• Revenue reconciliation and preparation of accounting entries.
• Various Balance Sheet items reviews.
• Ensure that all employee expenses are pre-approved and properly documented.
• Billing.
• Develop and implement processes, systems and policies in line with finance improvement plans.
• VAT Returns preparation.
• Testing of new product features impacting customers.
• Ad-hoc analysis as required.
• Assistance with the Annual Statutory audit and preparation of financial statements.

We are looking for a financial superstar to join our growing Finance team. As Juni is a product for finance teams, The below responsibilities are only a small sample of what you will be working on.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

• General Accounting and assistance in the preparation of management accounts
• Month-end accounting tasks such as bank reconciliations
• Revenue reconciliation and preparation of accounting entries
• Various Balance Sheet items reviews

Ensure that all employee expenses have been pre-approved, have occurred in the normal course of business, and have supporting documentation

Billing

Support your line manager to develop and implement processes, systems and policies in line with the finance improvement plans

VAT Returns preparation

Testing of new Product features that impact our customers

Ad-hoc analysis as required

Assistance with the Annual Statutory audit and preparation of financial statements

Tooling

Qualifications

What we need to see

• You hold a degree in Finance or Business administration with an accounting orientation
• You are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and spoken English and Swedish skills
• A problem solving, hands on and common sense approach, not afraid to talk to multiple stakeholders and challenge their responses
