تبحث Zoom عن مسؤول حسابات لديه خبرة في الاتصال مبيعات المركز/CX، لبيع منصة Zoom لتجربة العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستشارك مع المديرين التنفيذيين للحسابات وشركاء قناة Zoom لاستكشاف فرص جديدة وزيادة مسار المبيعات ودفع خطط تنفيذ المبيعات. سيدعم هذا الدور الفرق التي تبيع CX حلول للشركات في جميع القطاعات داخل المنطقة الجنوبية من المملكة العربية السعودية.
يعمل فريق مبيعات Zoom CX على زيادة الوعي واعتماد ونشر مركز اتصال Zoom ووكيل Zoom الافتراضي وZoom Workforce إمكانات إدارة المشاركة عبر عملاء Zoom. ستكون أيضًا مبشرًا شغوفًا بالسوق بين عملاء Zoom وآفاق العملاء الذين يؤطرون اقتراحنا حول نتائج العملاء المرجوة. ستكون مهمتك الشاملة هي مساعدة العملاء على إعادة تخيل تجارب العملاء والوكلاء. يعتمد الفريق على Zoom البنية التحتية والتعريف بكيفية تحسين رحلات العملاءوالوكلاء عند الاستفادة من الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوفير تجارب شخصية وتوجيهية واستباقية
Zoom is looking for an Account Executive with experience in Contact Center/CX sales, to sell our Zoom Customer Experience Platform in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will partner with account executives and Zoom channel partners to prospect new opportunities, increasing sales funnel and drive sales execution plans. This role will support teams selling CX solutions into companies across all sectors within the southern region of Saudi Arabia.
The Zoom CX sales team grows awareness, adoption, and deployment of Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Virtual Agent, and Zoom Workforce Engagement Management capabilities across Zoom customers. You will also be a passionate market evangelist within Zoom customers and customer prospects framing our proposition around desired customer outcomes. Your overarching mission will be to help customers re-imagine their customer and agent experiences. The team builds on Zoom infrastructure and introduce how customer and agent journeys are made better when leveraging AI to provide personalized, prescriptive, and proactive experiences
