Job description

  • Ability to read and understand ticket types.
  • Ability to use laptop and ticketing system.
  • Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service and professionalism
  • Ushers are responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the seating configuration of the entire Zone/Area including, but not limited to, all entry/exits, stairs, grandstands, elevators, first aid stations, concessions, event information, etc.
  • Responsible to be Strong knowledge and understanding of all emergency and evacuation procedures.
  • Responsible to Understanding of all PWD requirements and reporting any PWD issues that may arise to the supervisor.
  • Identifying and relating problems to their supervisors.
  • Responsible for operate and manage the grandstands.
