This role is responsible for projects focusing on Workspace One Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) installations /Operation for customers. He/ She will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to accommodate a variety of skill levels.
Responsibilities:
Configure/install/troubleshoot various software issues related to the installation and maintenance of VMware Workspace ONE UEM products.
Act as a proactive resource for clients by identifying new features and updates of mobile technology in general and of the Workspace ONE platform specifically.
Provide courteous and prompt support to customers.
Setup, configure and install Workspace ONE instances.
Support existing Workspace ONE customers with troubleshooting, upgrades and general questions.
Familiarity with and interest in mobile devices is a must (iOS, Android, Mac OS, Windows 10, etc.).
Research, evaluate and recommend new or upgraded hardware/software to ensure proper operation and performance for customers.
Work with vendors for product enhancement announcements and other issues.
Utilize basic network skills to help in solving customer UEM issues.
Be able to identify, access and use resources for troubleshooting and continued education
Qualifications and technical experience:
BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) for Digital Workspace
3-5 years of experience with Workspace ONE UEM
Solid experience with Windows 10,11 OS and servers 2008+
