Job summary

Interwell in Saudi Arabia is seeking a workshop equipment technician responsible for maintenance, inventory control and tool storage in the workshop, aligned with our maintenance standards and client requirements. You will handle loading/unloading, receiving equipment, tagging, packing, QA/HSE compliance, dispatch, and stock control, with participation in training and QA meetings.

Fluent English is required, and a technical degree is preferred to support technical maintenance tasks and ongoing

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience in the Intervention sector with some supervisory skills.
• Fluent English – oral and written.
• Technical degree preferred for qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in workshop and ensure storage/tagging per system.
• Load/unload equipment to/from the field.
• Receive equipment, check GRN and serial numbers.
• Place incoming equipment in correct area with proper tagging.
• Pack toolbox in accordance with Interwell regulations.
• Adhere to QA and HSE procedures per Interwell policy.
• Dispatch equipment according to work order delivery note.
• Keep workshop orderly per HSE rules and guidelines.
• Perform cyclic, quarterly, and annual stock control.
• Participate in training and QA/HSE meetings.

Job description

Responsible for doing all relevant workshop activities, including equipment redress, maintenance or keeping all tools/equipment store on assigned racks in workshop for inventory and asset management control. Ensure that the equipment is maintained according to Interwell Maintenance Standards and procedures for the company and specific to the client(s). Specialized training in equipment and maintenance procedures through knowledge of field services and/or workshop repair functions is required. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintenance of equipment
• Loading/unloading equipment to/from the field
• Receipt of equipment from field, checking of GRN, serial no’s. possible damage
• (put incoming equipment in correct area and lab with correct tag as per tagging system)
• Packing of toolbox in accordance with Interwell regulations (secure strapping)
• Adhere to QA and HSE procedures according to Interwell company policy
• Responsible for dispatch of equipment in accordance with work order delivery note (DLN)
• Responsible for keeping workshop orderly in accordance with HSE rules and guidelines
• Cyclic, quarterly, and annual stock control
• New hires and trainees shall work under supervision system at all time
• Take part in training as required either through training center, Teams or in workshop
• Take part in internal and or external QA & HSE meetings
• Participate in the relevant Internal and site-specific Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Meeting
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies

QHSE Responsibilities Individual:

• Understand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures
• Take an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems
• Responsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities

Experience, Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 1-5 years of experience within the Intervention sector, preferably with some supervisory skills
