Job description

We are seeking a Workshop Coordinator with a background in Mechanical Engineering and experience in hydraulics and industrial products. The successful candidate will oversee the operations of the workshop, coordinate daily activities, and ensure the efficient management of projects related to hydraulic and industrial product maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of mechanical repairs and maintenance projects.
  2. Supervise and manage a team of technicians, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  3. Oversee the maintenance and repair of hydraulic systems, industrial machinery, and related equipment.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues.
  5. Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide technical solutions, and manage project timelines.
  6. Ensure all work complies with industry standards and client specifications.
  7. Prepare and maintain accurate reports, documentation, and work orders for completed tasks.
  8. Monitor and manage workshop inventory, ensuring necessary parts and tools are available.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  2. Strong experience in hydraulics and industrial products.
  3. Proven experience in workshop coordination, preferably in a mechanical engineering or industrial environment.
