In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Real Estate and Workplace Services, whose leadership style is grounded in support and collaboration. The Director actively encourages team members to bring forward challenges along with well-considered solutions, fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.

Your Role



Office & Facilities Management



Oversee the day-to-day running of the office to ensure a productive and safe working environment. Manage office leases, maintenance contracts, and service providers (cleaning, security, utilities, etc.). Coordinate office moves, refurbishments, and workspace planning. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are met and maintained.

Administrative Operations



Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Manage administrative support staff and coordinate office-wide communication. Maintain company licenses, contracts, legal documents, and ensure timely renewals and compliance. Manage procurement, vendor relations, and service contracts.

Government Relations & Compliance



Liaise with key government entities (Qiwa, GOSI, MISA, MoC, Muqeem, Mudad, Passports Office, etc.). Manage employee registration, contracts, and updates on platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem. Coordinate issuance, renewal, and cancellation of visas, Iqamas, and work permits. Ensure the organization remains compliant with Saudi labor laws and local regulations.

HR Support



Assist HR in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy on all government portals. Support payroll administration by ensuring timely updates on GOSI and Mudad. Assist in employee relations matters and ensure HR policies are communicated and followed.

What You Will Bring



Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field. 5+ years of experience in administration or facilities management in Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, MISA, MoC, Muqeem, and Mudad. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience working in a multinational or tech-driven environment is a huge plus. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.

On Site: This role is based on-site, offering the opportunity to collaborate face-to-face with team members in a dynamic and engaging work environment. Being physically present allows for seamless teamwork and direct access to resources that support your success. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
