Job Description:

Activities/Responsibilities:

• Perform major daily activities of endpoint security, meeting SLA and KPI.
• Handle critical changes and severity tickets.
• Coordinate with vendors during outbreaks.

Additional responsibilities include incident investigation, problem management (root cause analysis), troubleshooting and resolution of security incidents, implementing approved change requests, and maintaining endpoint management servers. Collaborate with customers and support teams on ad hoc requests, ensure tasks are completed within SLA, review service requests, and work towards achieving a 100% success rate in change implementation. Manage service incidents and change requests across the customer’s global offices. Execute hash and executable block/unblock requests from the Cyber Security Services Team, examine user requests for authorized software, involve OEMs for false positive incidents, and resolve within SLA. Support business needs by extending firewall connections, monitor IT Endpoint Security assets globally to ensure 100% availability, and ensure compliance by coordinating with OSS and SE for missing controls.
