Description
- Monitoring and Management: Monitor, manage DR drills, and control business applications through resource utilization. Monitor server performance and operations to avoid bottlenecks and ensure optimal functioning of all equipment.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with multiple vendors for routine and periodic maintenance of the Windows platform. Negotiate new solutions to structure contracts and secure cost-effective services.
- Exchange Server Supervision: Supervise and maintain Exchange Server via Office 365, global support, and on-premise ECP to ensure proper email flow and continuous support for all business functions.
- Quality Control and Security: Implement quality control procedures using SSL and Symantec Brightmail to ensure full compliance with SLAs and IT governance standards, and to prevent phishing and external attacks.
- Incident Support: Assist the team with raised tickets through remote applications like VNC and Cisco Jabber to resolve business-reported incidents.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide necessary training, coaching, and conduct training sessions for the Windows team.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of strong IT experience.
- Advanced technical and managerial certifications (ITIL, MCSC, PMP, etc.).
- In-depth technical knowledge in Exchange, Virtualization, projects, and platforms (Windows, HP, etc.).
- Proper implementation of disaster recovery plans (RTO, RPO).
- Highly skilled in IT service management (Delivery and support).
