We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our infrastructure, with a specific focus on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and ADFS. This role requires a detail-oriented professional committed to ensuring system security, optimizing performance, and providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user accounts, permissions, and Group Policies.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange servers, ensuring seamless email communication across the organization.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ADFS for secure authentication and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
  • Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure system security and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
