About the Role:

To support the sales department by building strong business relationships with Customers and facilitate product listing, price changes and updates, sell all approved national promotions and by instruction and guidance of his senior sales supervisors to open new potential customers.

Activities:

  • Getting the wholesale customers approval as quick as possible to list new products.
  • Listing promotional products on time, securing space for them, and ensuring correct quantities are sold.
  • Following up regularly with sales for any changes in pricing & update accordingly.
  • Controlling the space audits for Almarai Products vs plan.
  • Seizing opportunities for improved LTA benefits & product display.
  • Receive daily from Senior Sales Supervisor the actual achievement by customer and track the target
  • Reporting product & service complaints by the customer service surveys.
  • Feed back to the line manager daily with targets to be achieved & with full review and plan
  • Following up on exceptional sales contracts short term and long term including wholesale/sub-channels
  • Checking daily warehouse of wholesale customers and rotation of stocks to make sure to order what customer needs only.
  • Visit all customers as per journey plan and handheld route to market without skipping any visit.

Requirement:

  1. High School Certificate
  2. 1-2 years of wholesale experience in the set area
  3. English Fluency
