HCO employs a diverse range of architectural, engineering, planning, and consultancy professionals, allowing them to offer a "one-stop solution" for their clients' project needs throughout the entire lifecycle. HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wet Utilities Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, with a strong background in storm drainage and potable water distribution modelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the hydraulic modelling and design efforts for stormwater drainage and potable water networks.
  • Develop and maintain hydraulic models using tools such as WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, EPANET, and ArcMapGIS.
  • Generate hydraulic profiles and detailed design reports in alignment with project scope and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integration of utility designs within broader civil and infrastructure works.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet quality, schedule, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Provide technical support during design reviews, construction coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to civil utility infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in hydraulic modelling and infrastructure design.
