Job description

m2r Education are currently looking for a Welding Inspector for a technical college in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The collegeis a state of the art institute that aims at inspiring passion for excellence andprovides world-class training programs.

It intends to train and qualify young Saudis in order to meet the market needs, contribute to community growth, help reduce unemployment and support the Kingdom’s workforce and nationalization efforts.

You will support learners who wish to become a trainee technical inspector and ensurethe quality and safety of welded joints by verifying compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Duties:

  • Test and inspect welded joints for e.g. visible defects, correct dimensions and joint strength
  • Examine joint to detect flaws using flashlight and magnifying glass
  • Inspect joints for hidden cracks
  • Perform stress tests on joints

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications as per industry requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years inspection experience post qualification
  • Visas available for UK, US, CAN, AUS, NZ
