What You&aposll Do:

• Develop and qualify welding procedures (WPS/PQR) for diverse alloy applications
• Lead welding qualification tests following international standards
• Optimize welding processes and provide technical expertise
• Implement quality control measures and conduct failure analysis
• Train and supervise welding teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Welding, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering
• 8-10 years of hands-on welding engineering experience
• AWS Certified Welding Engineer (CWE) certification
• Extensive knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW)
• Experience with heat treatment and NDT methods
