Job Title: Part-Time Wedding Planner (Indians and Malayalees Preferred)
Our wedding planning company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a part-time wedding planner to join our team. This position is open to candidates of all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indians and Malayalees. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wedding planning and must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Source and coordinate with vendors, including caterers, florists, musicians, etc.
- Manage guest lists and RSVPs
- Oversee setup and execution of events
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Prior experience in wedding planning is required
- Must be fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for evening and weekend events as needed
