Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Website Sales & Marketplace Executive to manage and grow online sales across our own e-commerce website and leading marketplace platforms including Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and other regional channels.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth, optimizing online performance, and ensuring smooth end-to-end execution from listings to order fulfillment and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Website (DTC) Sales
  • Manage daily sales operations on the company website
  • Monitor traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and online revenue
  • Coordinate promotions, product launches, and homepage updates
  • Ensure accurate pricing, content, and stock availability
Marketplace Management
  • Manage Amazon, Noon, Trendyol seller accounts
  • Create and optimize product listings and promotions
  • Monitor seller health, ratings, and platform compliance
Sales & Operations
  • Drive sales growth across website and marketplaces
  • Coordinate orders, inventory, fulfillment, and returns
  • Handle customer queries and reviews professionally
Reporting & Performance
  • Track sales, conversion, inventory, and campaign performance
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
  • 3+ years proven experience in website sales and marketplace management
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Amazon / Noon / Trendyol
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills
Preferred
  • Experience in home, furniture, mattress, or lifestyle categories
  • Exposure to multi-brand or high-SKU environments
