Sulava Gulf is expanding — and our next stop is Riyadh. We're opening a brand-new office in the heart of Saudi Arabia and are building a team of passionate, experienced professionals ready to lead the region into the era of AI-native work.

We're looking for Modern Work experts who have deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and enterprise-scale digital transformation. If you’ve delivered real change, helped organizations adopt new ways of working, and believe in the power of AI to elevate productivity and impact — we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and deliver large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption projects across the Kingdom
• Upskill enterprise customers in AI readiness, including foundational AI capabilities and agentic thinking
• Collaborate with regional experts to shape the future of work in Saudi Arabia
• Work closely with Microsoft teams and programs like Copilot Jumpstart & ESI to accelerate results
• Bring energy, ideas, and leadership into our newly forming Sulava Riyadh office
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven track record in Microsoft 365 Modern Work deployments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI-driven transformation (or eagerness to go deep fast)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
• Based in Saudi Arabia, ideally Riyadh — the role is hybrid, combining flexibility with collaboration
