Job description

Role Purpose:

Carries out warehousing functions, including assisting in receiving goods, storing items in warehouse, and picking.

Job Accountabilities & Activities:

• Receives and checks incoming shipments, under supervision. Assist in counting.
• Places parts in correct location (in assigned bin, on assigned rack, etc.).
• Picks parts for order fulfillment and assembles orders. Assists in packing and loading.
• Keeps warehouse in clean and tidy condition.
• Loading and unloading of shipments.
• Accepting and posting of inventory received.
• Counting and confirming inventory.
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
• Communicating errors to management
• Marking and labeling stock.
• Storing inventory in accessible manner.
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets.
• Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.
• Arrange branch, workshop and counter deliveries.
• Ensure cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.

Education & Certifications:

Minimum High school Degree in relative field or equivalent experience.

Required Years of Experience:

1 – 2 years’ experience in related field.
