Job Description

Your mission

• Departmental Equipment Accountability
• Conduct thorough inspections of each item, identifying and addressing any faults or maintenance needs to ensure all equipment is in top condition.

Equipment Preparation

• Prepare and organize all event equipment, as specified by technical planners and crew chiefs, ensuring all items are accounted for and event-ready.
• Review Easyjob carefully, checking for accuracy and promptly flagging any issues.

Equipment Return and Maintenance

• Check equipment upon return, ensuring each item is intact and functional according to guidelines.
• Report faults accurately through the correct channels and address minor maintenance issues promptly to maintain equipment readiness.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on equipment to extend usability and reliability.

Warehouse Operations and Logistics

• Support efficient loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring proper handling and organization.
• Store equipment securely within designated areas to maintain an organized workspace.
• Monitor the warehouse for maintenance needs, upholding safety and efficiency.
• Follow warehouse opening, closing, and shutdown procedures to ensure readiness and organization.

Inventory Management

• Verify inventory records within EasyJob, flag discrepancies, and report shortages.
• Ensure all required items are available and in working order, addressing issues promptly.

Communication and Documentation

• Maintain clear, proactive communication with technical planners, crew chiefs, and team members regarding equipment status and needs.
• Use Easyjob, Teams, and other software effectively to track job completion, flag issues, and report equipment conditions.

Safety and Quality Compliance

• Follow safety protocols consistently and contribute to a safe warehouse environment.
• Uphold BeWunder's values through professional conduct and high standards in equipment handling and organization.

Your Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in audio-video-lighting installations and warehouse operations.
• Responsibility for the condition, readiness, and quality of all equipment.
• Good understanding of AVL equipment, including preparation and maintenance.
• Skilled in Teams, Microsoft Office, EasyJob or similar software for job tracking and records.
• Diligent in equipment checks, fault reporting, and job preparation accuracy.
• Effective communicator, keeping team members informed of progress and issues.
• Ability to assist across project teams with lighting, audio, video, rigging, and general tech support.
• Able to handle manual lifting, standing, and physical demands of warehouse work.
