Job summary

A leading company in energy management is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for their Riyadh operations. This role includes ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing inventory accuracy, overseeing daily operational activities, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a technical diploma in warehouse management and experience with Smart Warehouse processes and SAP.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma in Warehouse Management required.
• Experience with Smart Warehouse processes is essential.
• Knowledge of SAP and warehouse operations for incoming and outgoing movements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules.
• Lead inventory accuracy and correction operations.

Warehouse Team leader - 00917T

. Basics(25% of time)
Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near
misses.
Support inventory accuracy & correction operations are realized to keep inventory IT data aligned with physical
situation
Drive the actions to get service level, quality, environment, process lead time, maintenance & ensures productivity
goals are reached
2. SIM management (15% of time)
Lead SIM cycle 1 according to SPS rules, ensuring the quality of information provided to the warehouse supervisor for
SIM 2
3. Operationalrole for at least 50% of the time (reception, picking, packaging,…)
4. Others (10% of time)
Make sure operators are trained & validatestraining levels
Drive in real-time daily adjustments of staff according to the needs and job rotation
Key contributorto the work instruction (physicaltasks and IT tasks)
Request to Order Management the replenishment of consumables not managed by ROP in the system
Contribute or lead continuousimprovement actions

Qualifications

Technical Diploma in WH management / Experience in Smart Warehouse / WM module in SAP / Warehouse process for Incoming and outgoing movement.
