Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and control the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials. Maintain accurate records of material movements and stock levels. Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile with system records. Prepare reports on inventory status and material usage. Identify and report material shortages or excesses.
  2. Maintain accurate records of inventory and daily transactions. Ensure the store area is well-organized, clean, and safe.
  3. Enforce company policies regarding stock handling, storage, and documentation.
  4. Prepare stock reports for management as required. Ensure proper labeling, storage, and handling of materials.
  5. Identify opportunities for improving material processes and implementing best practices.
  6. Collaborate with shop and QHSE teams to address shop issues and implement cost-effective, safety-compliant solutions that meet safety, cost, quality, and delivery expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Diploma from a Technical College.
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant ISO standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar material management software.
