Job summary

Job description

  • Supervise and manage inbound operations for all incoming shipments.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; report discrepancies or damages.
  • Ensure accurate put-away of items into designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and issue materials efficiently and accurately based on internal allocation strategies.
  • Support outbound shipments through cross-docking processes.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in the WMS.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and coordinate periodic stock audits with the Finance team.
  • Enforce health, safety, and organizational standards within the warehouse.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff as needed.

Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods sector.
  • Proven experience in inventory control and materials handling.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
