Responsibilities
  • To supervise outbound warehouse operations to ensure efficient order fulfillment, timely dispatch, and compliance with safety and quality standards within operational constraints.
  • Review safety, health, security, and sanitation guidelines through regular facility audits, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Delegate tasks and assign workloads to team leaders and warehouse staff to optimize productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and review loading and dispatch schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency while minimizing costs.
  • Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, coordinating necessary record corrections.
  • Address and resolve concerns/issues raised by warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth workflow and team engagement.
  • Review reports from line staff, verify data, and compile summaries for management reporting. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Preventive Actions (CPA) for recurring issues and accident reports.
  • Monitor the handling and dispatch of shipments, ensuring error-free outbound operations.
  • Perform and verify regular inventory counts, ensuring accuracy in stock movement and documentation.
  • Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure seamless execution of outbound tasks.
  • Implement and enforce First Expired First Out (FEFO) control, monitoring expiry stocks and notifying relevant teams.
  • Ensure cycle counts are regularly conducted across all outbound operations for inventory accuracy.
  • Adjust work schedules based on business volume, ensuring workforce availability aligns with operational needs.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, loading, and quality checks.
  • Plan and track staff shifts, attendance, and overtime, optimizing workforce management.
  • Provide training, performance evaluations, and KPI analysis for warehouse staff.
  • Act as the shift manager in the absence of the warehouse manager, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Ensure stock accuracy in collaboration with the operations team, reducing discrepancies.
  • Lead daily department meetings to align teams and maintain smooth outbound operations.
  • Conduct bi-annual performance evaluations for employees and submit reports to management.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to warehouse managers and other stakeholders.
  • Enforce company policies on quality and safety procedures, ensuring a compliant and secure work environment.
  • Build team capabilities through on-the-job training, coaching, and regular feedback sessions.
  • Identify and address training needs to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Communicate and cascade company strategies and individual KPIs to ensure alignment and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Requirements: 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor is required.
