Job Description

1. Manage and monitor company warehouses, ensuring they are organized, follow procedures, and are safe at all times.
2. Ensure proper storage conditions for warehouse items.
3. Plan and supervise warehouse workflow, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
4. Maintain accurate inventory levels through physical counts and timely reordering.
5. Ensure minimum stock levels are met and orders are placed considering delivery times.
6. Maintain warehouse records, logs, and prepare reports as required.
7. Assist in stocktaking and generate warehouse status reports.
8. Receive and handle all materials entering the warehouse.
9. Safeguard warehouse operations and contents.
10. Update the Purchasing Manager on delivery status and maintain shipment visibility through databases and reports.
11. Prepare orders for delivery and manage shipping operations.
12. Develop systems for warehouse consistency and train staff accordingly.
13. Report work status regularly as needed.
