Job summary

A global leader in logistics and warehouse management is seeking a Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to oversee operations in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a strong leader with over 8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in SAP. The ideal candidate will manage a team, ensure smooth operations, and support inventory management.

Qualifications

• 8 years of warehouse and logistics experience, including 2-3 years as a coordinator/lead.
• CEFR CA or greater English communication skills.
• Certified in Planning and Inventory Management is a plus.

Overview

Job Purpose: Manage and lead a team of warehouse and logistics operations and inbound in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of demands.

Responsibilities

• Work in safe manner and follow safety policies (Mandatory)
• Ensure effective and timely implementation of all warehouse operations
• Develop and initiate monthly reports
• Supervise a team of technicians and operators
• Support inventory management
• Oversee and monitor availability of stock to reduce shortages
• Plan and arrange logistics required transportation
• Support simplification, Standardization, and Industrialization (SSI)
• Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvements
• Strong knowledge in SAP and warehouse management system

Qualifications / Requirements

• REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/FORMAL EDUCATION:
  • CEFR CA or Greater English Communication Skills
  • University degree in logistics or equivalent experience
• REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • 8 years Warehouse and logistic Experience, 2 to 3 years as WH & Logistics Coordinator/Lead
• REQUIRED CERTIFICATE(S):
  • Certified Planning and Inventory Management. (Good to have)
• REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
