As a Warehouse Storekeeper you will be responsible for assisting with the operation of all warehouse area(s), receiving, stocking, processing and distributing FG materials to maintain correct inventory level with correct location all the time.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…

Key Responsibilities:

• Control receiving materials arriving at the warehouse, matching their quantities and specifications,
• storing them, disbursing orders received from the competent authorities, and preparing and shipping the order.
• Receiving the various materials that come into the warehouse, matching their quantities and specifications, and storing them according to their nature in a way that ensures their preservation in accordance with the regulatory policies and procedures.
• Determine the tools, supplies, devices, and equipment necessary for proper workflow and secure them in accordance with regulatory policies of EHS , Quality and procedures of WH.
• Preparing receipt GRNs for technical equipment and devices by the relevant companies as per SOP.
• Disbursing requests received from the Departments as per system orders/ MR/ authorized request form according to the regulatory documents and preparing and shipping the items and spare parts to users that request them.
• Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports.
• Activity of materials in the area of responsibility and ensure that all are matching with the PO and packing list.
• Store items according to its location and approval from QA.
• Issuance of materials to production according to work orders (MO & PO) & material requisition (MR ).
• Report any incoming or outgoing materials and finished goods discrepancies from any process made.
• Use of forklift and trolley to transport materials.
• Issuance of GRN and the relevant records and deliver it to the owner department.
  

Accountability

• Accurate entries of stock are a must where all plans will be processed against.
• On time delivery of material to production.
• Transportation of materials to its exact location.
• On time issuance and delivery of GRNs.
• Accountable for individually identified risks and escalate to the line manager, where applicable
• develop risk mitigation plan and monitor the implementation plan.
  

Complexity

• Transportation is requiring a physical movement all the times including manual handling and handling of hazardous materials.

• 
  التحكم في استلام المواد الواردة إلى المستودع، ومطابقة كمياتها ومواصفاتها،
• تخزينها، وصرف الطلبات الواردة من الجهات المختصة، وتحضير وشحن الطلب.
• استلام المواد المختلفة التي تدخل المستودع، ومطابقة كمياتها ومواصفاتها، وتخزينها وفقًا لطبيعتها بطريقة تضمن الحفاظ عليها وفقًا للسياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية.
• تحديد الأدوات واللوازم والأجهزة والمعدات اللازمة لسير العمل بشكل صحيح وتأمينها وفقًا للسياسات التنظيمية للصحة والسلامة البيئية والجودة وإجراءات المستودع.
• تحضير إيصالات الاستلام للأجهزة والمعدات التقنية من قبل الشركات المعنية وفقًا للإجراءات القياسية.
• صرف الطلبات الواردة من الأقسام وفقًا لأوامر النظام/ طلب المواد/ نموذج الطلب المعتمد وفقًا للوثائق التنظيمية وتحضير وشحن العناصر وقطع الغيار للمستخدمين الذين يطلبونها.
• تحضير وتقديم وتوثيق وأرشفة تقارير العمل.
• نشاط المواد في منطقة المسؤولية والتأكد من أن جميعها تتطابق مع أمر الشراء وقائمة التعبئة.
• تخزين العناصر وفقًا لموقعها وموافقة ضمان الجودة.
• إصدار المواد للإنتاج وفقًا لأوامر العمل (MO & PO) وطلب المواد (MR).
• الإبلاغ عن أي اختلافات في المواد الواردة أو الصادرة والسلع النهائية من أي عملية تمت.
• استخدام الرافعة الشوكية والعربة لنقل المواد.
• إصدار إيصالات الاستلام والسجلات ذات الصلة وتسليمها إلى قسم المالك.

المسؤولية

• يجب أن تكون إدخالات المخزون دقيقة حيث سيتم معالجة جميع الخطط بناءً عليها.
• تسليم المواد للإنتاج في الوقت المحدد.
• نقل المواد إلى موقعها الدقيق.
• إصدار وتسليم إيصالات الاستلام في الوقت المحدد.
• المسؤولية عن المخاطر المحددة بشكل فردي وتصعيدها إلى المدير المباشر، إذا كان ذلك مناسبًا.
• تطوير خطة تخفيف المخاطر ومراقبة تنفيذ الخطة.

التعقيد

• يتطلب النقل حركة بدنية طوال الوقت بما في ذلك التعامل اليدوي والتعامل مع المواد الخطرة.
