In this role, you will:

  • Manage storage area by optimizing space, adhering to design principles, and recommending improvements.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by monitoring risks and conducting awareness activities.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular physical counts and data reconciliation.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, and non-conformities promptly and maintain system records.
  • Schedule customer orders based on priorities to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with CSR to resolve order errors or system holds.
  • Maintain temperature records for the cold chain cycle.
  • Ensure warehouse activities comply with company and local standards.
  • Prepare transportation schedules and ensure truck availability.
  • Follow up on POD collection and upload documents to SharePoint.
  • Optimize transportation and consolidation for cost savings while maintaining standards.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly Cut Off Reports.
  • Handle RMA processes and investigate related errors or complaints.
  • Implement scrapping procedures according to standards.
  • Manage system settings, auto-run, and shipment confirmations.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency in Oracle ERP Business Suite and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Knowledge of warehousing, SKU management, and stock counting.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer software.
