Warehouse Senior Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Count and tag company assets all over company sites.
2. Perform regular warehouse operations.
3. Manage warehouse inventory and maintain the database.
4. Coordinate and schedule the movement of products throughout the warehouse, including storage and shipment of finished products.
5. Implement daily production and shipping plans, arranging for excess stock to be stored in the warehouse.
6. Manage daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments.
7. Confirm availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items.
8. Identify and report slow-moving products and, with approval, arrange for their removal.
9. Direct forklift drivers to store goods in identified areas.
10. Manually handle, repack, or restack pallets of finished products as needed.
11. Operate forklift truck as needed.
12. Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
13. Perform other related duties as directed.
