- Warehouse SAP Supervisor

The opportunity

Expertise in SAP EWM/WM modules, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting, strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent analytical skills for interpreting data and improving warehouse performance, knowledge of warehouse safety standards and operational compliance, effective communication and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Apps, S/4HANA experience is mandatory, and an advanced level of English language proficiency.

How you’ll make an impact

• Warehouse Operations Management: supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and shipping, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining productivity targets.
• SAP EWM System Utilization: monitoring and managing warehouse processes using SAP EWM or SAP WM, ensuring stock accuracy, configuring and optimizing warehouse layouts and processes in SAP for efficiency.
• Team Leadership: leading and coordinating a team of warehouse SAP specialists, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, conducting training sessions on SAP processes and warehouse best practices, resolving conflicts, and providing feedback for growth.
• Compliance and Safety: ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions.
• Reporting and Analysis: generating and analyzing reports using SAP to identify issues and suggest improvements.
• Process Improvement: identifying operational inefficiencies and collaborating with IT and SAP consultants for system upgrades and issue resolution.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or Computer Information Systems (CIS).
• Significant experience in warehouse operations, with mandatory SAP EWM and WM expertise.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment and warehouse technologies.
• Certifications in SAP EWM or related fields are optional but advantageous.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
