We are seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Manager to lead and control logistics activities of our Dammam Warehouse. This role is crucial in managing daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and team leadership, ensuring alignment with quality, legal, and HSE standards.
Are you a logistics pro with leadership experience?
Managing and control FG warehouse activities to ensure safety working conditions (safety walk and meetings), process quality and efficiency using current resources and root cause analysis & actions
Daily operations focusing on products and process flow in terms of receiving goods, safety storage, picking, packing, labeling, shipments preparation and goods dispatching based on business needs and agreed schedule
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Comply with BMS (Business Management System) and follow procedure related to QMS EMS and OSHAS management systems
Shipments to customers must be done with approved transport companies (3PL / own trucks), planned and prepared in advance to deliver the goods in good condition and on time
FG stock control based on agreed SOP, sequential counting to minimize any risk of discrepancies during annual stock counting
Proper and controlled shipping process has to be confirmed by absence of quality issues, product differences and shipping backlogs
Continuous improvement is the fix part of daily operation to support processes efficiency by local and cross-functional team (CCD, Maintenance, production, etc)
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Preferably 5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, including 3 years in a management role
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong MS Office skills; experience with Dynamics (AX, D365)
Familiarity with QMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and LSPs
