Objectives of this role:

1. Ensure warehouse operates at peak efficiency with customer satisfaction as the primary goal by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.
2. Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.
3. Train and manage the warehouse team to resolve operational issues and achieve performance goals.
4. Oversee daily operations, manage inventory and logistics.
5. Review and prepare workflows, staffing, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and procedures and ensuring legal compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily warehouse activities including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, shipping, and customer service.
2. Schedule and oversee warehouse team, optimize workflow to maximize efficiency and reduce overtime.
3. Inspect equipment, tools, machinery regularly and oversee maintenance.
4. Meet with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop loss prevention plans.
5. Manage logistics for transporting products, coordinating with drivers and air partners for efficient delivery.
