Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations in JED, RUH, and DMM, ensuring safe storage, accurate inventory records, and smooth dispatch processes.
  • Lead and manage AOG support activities, ensuring 24/7 responsiveness and timely part delivery to avoid aircraft-on-ground scenarios.
  • Plan and forecast material requirements in alignment with scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with GACA regulations, Flyadeal quality standards, and aviation best practices.
  • Manage shipping and receiving processes, including international shipments, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
  • Oversee tool control, material labeling, shelf-life monitoring, and bonded inventory.
  • Implement and manage warehouse KPIs including TAT, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance.
  • Support audits, quality inspections, and technical documentation, ensuring accurate data in AMOS.
  • Develop, monitor and identify opportunities for improving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations, such as on-time delivery, cargo handling accuracy, and inventory turnover.
  • Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and lean warehouse practices.

Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, or related field.

Minimum +6 years of relevant experience in aviation warehousing or materials management, with at least 2 years in management that includes experience with AMOS (Aircraft Maintenance and Operational Software) -essential-

Experience with GACA / EASA / FAA Part 145 warehouse and tooling requirements is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of aviation inventory control, logistics, and warehousing procedures

Expertise in handling AOG and MEL/NEF requirements

Understanding of dangerous goods handling and regulatory compliance

Strong leadership and team management skills

High attention to detail and strong organizational ability

Effective communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in high-impact scenarios
