What you will enjoy doing

• You will ensure an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil operational and customer demand.
• You provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team.
• You plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• You drive a zero-tolerance mindset for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer deliverables are met fully.
• You ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system utilizing help of the warehouse team.
• You ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labelling of all stock items.
• You ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
• You review ways to reduce waste.
• You develop and maintain metrics / KPIs, reports, process documentation, customer service logs and training and safety records.
• You continuously review ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• You ensure that health and safety meet the required standards and that risk assessments are carried out.
• You ensure any hazardous materials are stored in accordance with requirements.

• You need to have a bachelor Certificate / Diploma in the relevant field.
• You must have knowledge of computer literacy.
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the same position.
• You have writing and reading skills in English.
