About the Opportunities:

We are hiring for multiple positions at Lumi Rental Company, one of the largest vehicle rental companies in Saudi Arabia, for our logistics operations in Sakaka - Al Jouf.

These roles are essential in supporting warehouse, transportation, and logistics functions in a growing and dynamic environment.

Job Titles:

  1. QHSE Officer
  2. Supervisor
  3. Inventory Officer
  4. Transportation Supervisor
  5. Admin
  6. MHE Operator
  7. Picker / Checker
  8. Truck Driver
  9. Helper

Key Responsibilities (depending on the role):

  • Oversee daily operations related to logistics, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and inventory control standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment (for MHE roles).
  • Receive, check, and prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Supervise teams and ensure process compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
  • Coordinate vehicle movement and schedules.
  • Provide administrative support and documentation handling.
  • Support team collaboration and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Valid driving license for relevant roles (Drivers, MHE Operators, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of WMS/QMS/TMS systems is a plus.
  • Understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
  • For supervisory roles: leadership experience is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in Sakaka - Al Jouf and relocate if necessary.
