Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, inventory management, dispatching, and shipping of goods.
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse and logistics staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement warehouse operations systems and processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment and safe handling of materials.
• Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods from suppliers to the warehouse and from the warehouse to customers or retail locations.
• Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve any issues related to shipments, inventory, or logistics.
• Implement and enforce safety and security procedures for the warehouse.
• Oversee compliance with local, national, and international shipping regulations.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and transportation costs.
• Support planning and forecasting activities related to inventory and supply chain.

Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5–7 years in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in leading warehouse teams and managing large inventory systems.
