Introducing the newest gem of dazzling luxury to reach The Red Sea project: resort offers 150 luxurious keys, complemented by an impressive array of 7 distinct Food & Beverage outlets and a rejuvenating spa sanctuary. Job Description

  • Greet guests warmly, offering them a personalized dining experience that reflects the poolside or beachside ambiance.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations for food, drinks, and special requests.
  • Provide detailed information on the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and any dietary restrictions or allergens, showcasing expertise in the specialized offerings available at the pool and beach.
  • Maintain an attentive, friendly, and professional demeanor while ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Take accurate orders from guests and enter them into the POS system, ensuring all special requests, preferences, or dietary restrictions are clearly communicated.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and in a professional manner, ensuring each item meets the restaurant’s high presentation and quality standards.
  • Make wine, cocktail, and non-alcoholic drink pairings based on menu selections, and provide additional beverage suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell specialty menu items, including premium beverages, exclusive dishes, and seasonal offerings, to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Continuously monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, ensuring that guests are comfortable and happy with their experience.
  • Proactively check in with guests to address any concerns, feedback, or requests, ensuring that service is consistently top-notch.
  • Provide assistance as necessary, including offering refills, recommending additional courses, or accommodating special requests.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant’s specialized menu, including any seasonal changes, new dishes, and beverages.
  • Stay up-to-date with food and drink trends, menu changes, and any promotional items to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Deep knowledge of the restaurant’s specialized menu, including a detailed understanding of ingredients, preparation methods, or drink pairings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.
  • Ability to memorize and explain menu items in detail, providing guests with an educational and enriching dining experience.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
