Job description

Job Purpose Statement:

To ensure smooth and efficient daily operation activities in areas of responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Implement all instructions & directives from the Regional Manager and ensure staff compliance.
  • Follow instructions from immediate Superior, Supervisor / Senior Supervisor / Captain Waiter.
  • Supervise and participate in daily operations.
  • Enhance the company image by providing above-standard quality service to customers as per standards.
  • Apply and practice the Service Level Agreement and Standard Greetings consistently.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports such as Store Items Inventory, Equipment Inventory, Chemical Inventory, and Shift Handover Report on time to the Admin Office.
  • Maintain service standards across all lounges.
  • Order lounge store items sufficient for daily consumption and report deviations immediately.
  • Attend to passenger needs promptly and professionally.
  • Follow standard service procedures for First & Business Class Passengers.
  • Monitor and manage lounge stock levels to avoid overstocking.
  • Ensure timely service as per standards, including delayed flight services when required.
  • Assist other departments like Reception, Kitchen, Concierge, Waitstaff, and Housekeeping as needed.
  • Communicate directly with superiors regarding issues or updates.
  • Ensure proper cleaning and safekeeping of all equipment used.
  • Acknowledge and manage newly ordered lounge equipment.
  • Participate in morning briefings with supervisors and staff.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
  • Monitor lounge equipment status and report malfunctions.
  • Monitor stock expiration dates and manage backup stock.
  • Maintain the condition of lounge equipment to prevent damage.
  • Conduct monthly inventory and stock expiration checks.
  • Maintain 100% hygiene standards and promote safety and sanitation.
  • Ensure personal hygiene standards are followed by all staff.
  • Maintain hygiene, quality, and temperature control for all food items in line with QA standards.
  • Verify received products align with the department’s food menu guide for lounges and delayed flights.
  • Participate in team-building activities, meetings, and staff gatherings.
  • Train subordinates, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and support their development.
  • Attend relevant training courses as required.
  • Encourage participation and constructive suggestions from staff.
  • Assist staff with personal and work-related issues.
  • Assign work clearly, follow up, and supervise operations for efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on company developments and service offerings.
  • Suggest procedures or policies to improve efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, complying with Saudi Labor Law and cybersecurity policies.
  • Handle data and information according to classification levels and legal protections.
  • Ensure cybersecurity compliance and proper use of company assets.
  • Obtain necessary permits for hosting visitors in sensitive sites.
  • Report cybersecurity incidents promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Degree in Hospitality Service or related field.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with proper people handling and system operation experience.
