Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and visionary VP Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. As a leader in engagement, rewards, incentives, and branded payments, we are revolutionizing how businesses engage with their employees, customers, and partners. The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact sales strategies, fostering strategic partnerships, and leading a world-class sales team to scale our innovative solutions across global markets.

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales roadmap to accelerate revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on enterprise and B2B/B2C sales.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, enterprise clients, and strategic partners.
  • Drive business expansion through our core fintech products, including Gift Card Solutions, Merchant Suite, Points Exchange, Loyalty Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Loyalty Marketplace.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our solutions align with client needs and industry trends.
  • Utilize sales data and market insights to refine strategies and maximize performance.
  • Represent our company at global industry events, conferences, and networking forums to establish and strengthen brand presence.
  • Oversee sales automation, CRM systems, and lead management processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure localization of sales strategies for regional markets while maintaining global scalability

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills :

  • Bachelors or masters degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in fintech, engagement, incentives, rewards, or SaaS-based industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue, leading high-growth sales teams, and driving enterprise sales.
  • Expertise in branded payments, digital wallets, loyalty programs, and financial engagement solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics platforms.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and innovation-driven environment.
  • Passion for transforming the engagement industry with cutting-edge fintech solutions.

Languages: Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
