Job Description

We are seeking a VP Pastoral for a group of international schools in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, starting from August 2025.

The schools deliver the Cambridge International Curriculum to Saudi Arabian and international students from Kindergarten to Grade 12. The Early Years and Lower Primary curriculum are designed to nurture holistic development in children aged 3 to 5 years, based on the Cambridge Early Years framework. This program fosters curiosity, creativity, and essential skills, preparing young learners for seamless progression into Cambridge Primary. The curriculum emphasizes six key areas of early childhood development, offering a structured yet flexible approach to teaching and learning.

Requirements
  • Possess a psychology degree.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience in international schools.
  • Demonstrate management skills, including team management of student counselors.
  • Ability to conduct counseling sessions.
