This role involves overseeing operations, managing P&L, and implementing lean practices to enhance efficiency. Your new role
This leader will report directly to the CEO & General Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver monthly performance reports and monitor key KPIs. A comprehensive understanding of joinery / furniture manufacturing and lean manufacturing practices is crucial, along with demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations.

What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or any related field.
12+ years of experience in a senior operations role within the joinery or furniture manufacturing industry.
Proven track record in managing large-scale production facilities with a mix of blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
Expertise in lean manufacturing practices with a history of successful implementation and continuous improvement.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L for a manufacturing division.
Knowledge of ERP systems and production management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a large, diverse team.
