Our client, a diversified investment holding group based in Jeddah, is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR strategy, learning and development, and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors including logistics, infrastructure, and industry.

This is a key strategic role reporting into the executive leadership, with a strong focus on:

  1. Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  2. Learning & Development frameworks
  3. Performance-driven compensation and promotion models
  4. HR digital transformation (SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  5. Data-driven HR decision-making
