As a VP/Director of Sales, you will spearhead our revenue growth, drive market expansion, and lead a high-performing sales organisation. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales and business growth strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities, forging partnerships that drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Lead and optimise end-to-end sales operations, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and scalability.
Revenue Growth
- Drive large-scale deal negotiations and secure high-value commercial agreements with key stakeholders, enterprises, and institutional clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-level decision-makers, including developers, investors, and government entities.
- Develop a robust pipeline for new business opportunities and oversee deal closures that directly contribute to the company’s top-line growth.
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a large, high-performing sales organisation (200+ team members).
- Build a sales culture of excellence, accountability, and motivation, ensuring teams are aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high-energy, results-driven environment.
Collaboration with Leadership & Market Expansion
- Work closely with the business strategy teams and the top management (including the CEO) to shape the company’s expansion roadmap and navigate new market entry strategies.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine product-market fit, sales models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyse regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies and identify emerging opportunities.
- Develop localised sales playbooks, tailoring approaches based on cultural, economic, and regulatory dynamics.
- Encourage innovation and leverage technology to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and deal conversion rates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in real estate, PropTech, SaaS, fintech, or high-growth industries.
- Extensive experience in working with CRMs to manage teams.
- Proven track record of scaling sales operations, driving revenue growth, and securing large enterprise deals.
- Experience leading and managing large sales teams (200+ members) across multiple geographies within KSA.
- Experience in managing P&L and optimising sales performance through data-driven decision-making (Preferred).
- Understanding of the Saudi and MENA markets, with experience in business expansion, market entry strategies, and competitive positioning.
- Strong network and relationships within the real estate, finance, and government sectors in the MENA region (Preferred).
- Strong commercial acumen and deal-making expertise, with the ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, execution, and scaling businesses in dynamic environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on approach.
