Role Overview:

We are seeking a Vice President – Corporate Finance to lead the execution of M&A, IPO, and restructuring mandates for mid-market clients in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in financial advisory, a deep understanding of the local market, and proven transaction experience across capital markets and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/manage corporate finance advisory projects, including M&A, IPO, valuation, restructuring, and debt/equity raising.
• Oversee financial modeling, IM development, due diligence, and strategic financial analysis for clients.
• Provide leadership to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time and client satisfaction.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients in the region.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory developments impacting corporate finance and advisory.

Candidate Profile:

• 7–15 years of experience in Big 4 (or similar), Corporate finance advisory, Investment Banking, or boutique advisory firms.
• Proven track record executing M&A, IPO and/or Restructuring transactions.
